TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the services provided by ByteRoots ("Company"). By accessing or using any part of the Company's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the services.

1. Services Offered

The Company provides web development, web design, e-commerce development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services (collectively referred to as the "Services") to businesses. The specific details and scope of each service will be set forth in a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with the Company are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the project or service. This includes providing content, images, logos, and any other materials within the agreed-upon timelines. The Company will rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for the Services rendered by the Company will be set forth in the project agreement or proposal. Payments are to be made in the agreed currency and within the specified timeframe. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, code, graphics, and content, developed by the Company during the course of providing the Services will remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment of the agreed fees, the Company grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the client's internal business purposes.

5. Confidentiality

The Company acknowledges the confidential nature of client information and will take reasonable measures to protect it. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide Services that meet the client's requirements. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services or any content provided by the Company.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of Services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Company's website. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
